Verbinden met jezelf, verbinden met het hart van het universum en alleen als je volledig voelt dat je alleen maar liefde in licht bent…pas dan alleen visualiseer je een aarde die helemaal verlicht is. Geen aandacht aan wat dan ook, maar alleen maar liefde en licht.
